A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. Goodform only uses the cookies it needs to work, plus one visit counter on coach pages that you can accept or refuse.

  1. 1. Cookies needed for the site to work

    These cookies are needed for the service you ask for: staying signed in, keeping your language, paying securely. French law (article 82 of the Data Protection Act) lets us use them without asking first. You can block them in your browser, but sign-in and payment will then stop working.

  2. 2. Visit counter on coach pages

    On a coach’s public pages, the mc_vid cookie lets the coach see how many people visit their page and which links bring them (Instagram, a QR code…), and which visits lead to a booking. It is only set if you accept it in the message shown on those pages. If you refuse, no cookie is set: the visit is counted without being linked to your browser.

  3. 3. Storage in your browser

    Some pages keep information in your browser’s storage, never sent to anyone else: the email you typed at checkout (for this tab only), a check-in you started (for this tab only) and the progress of a video upload, so it can resume.

  4. 4. Your choice

    Your choice about the visit counter is kept for 6 months, then we ask again. You can change it at any time below.
