The website goodform.coach and the Goodform apps are published by Iterative Bits SAS, with a share capital of 1 000 €, registered office at 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, registered under RCS Paris 940 573 843, SIRET 940 573 843 00015, intra-community VAT number FR77940573843. Goodform is a trade name of Iterative Bits SAS.

2. Hosting
Website and application servers: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States (www.cloudflare.com, privacyquestions@cloudflare.com).
Database, sign-in and files: Supabase Pte. Ltd., 65 Chulia Street #38-02/03, OCBC Centre, Singapore 049513 (supabase.com, privacy@supabase.com). The data is stored in data centres in the European Union.
3. Intellectual property
The Goodform name and logo, the website, the apps, their texts, designs and software are the property of Iterative Bits SAS or used with permission. Any reproduction or use without written permission is forbidden.
What coaches and clients publish on Goodform (texts, photos, videos, programs) remains theirs. The exercise and recipe libraries include content from third parties, credited where it is shown.
4. Personal data and cookies
How we handle personal data is explained in the privacy policy, and the cookies we use on the cookie policy page.
5. Report content
To report content you believe is illegal (a page, a review, a message, a video), use the form goodform.coach/report: give the address of the content and explain why it is illegal. We acknowledge every report, decide quickly and tell you our decision and its reasons; the person who published the content is told too, with the ways to contest it.
