Pay online

Payments are made by card through Stripe, on a secure page. Your bank may ask you to confirm in its app (3-D Secure). Goodform never sees your full card number.

Payment in instalments

If your coach offers it, you pay the first instalment today and the next ones are charged automatically on their dates. You see what is paid and what is coming in your space.

Invoices

Each payment comes with an invoice from your coach, sent by email and kept in Invoices in your space.

A payment failed

Check your card details or the limit of your card, then try again from the payment page. If it keeps failing, write to your coach.
