Monthly recurring revenue
Recurring revenue is what your active memberships bring in each month: the monthly price, or the yearly price divided by 12. Payment in instalments is shown apart, as instalments to come. You also see the change since the end of last month, your members, the average per member, what you collected this month and your renewal rate: the renewals of the last 3 months that were paid, out of those that fell due. The 12-month chart shows, month by month, new memberships, upgrades, downgrades and the memberships lost. Amounts are what your clients pay.
Renewals and packs to renew
Upcoming renewals lists the memberships renewed in the next 7 or 30 days, with the client, the offer, the date, the amount and the state of the saved card (« Card expires first » means asking the client to update it). Packs to renew lists the packs almost used up or about to expire: « Offer a renewal » writes to the client in your conversation, with the link to buy the pack again. You can edit the message before sending it.
Clients at risk of leaving
Each sign adds points: a failed or late payment, or a membership ending (3 points); no session for 21 days, no workout for 14 days on an active program, 2 check-ins missed, or a pause (2 points); a pack almost used up (1 point). From 4 points, the risk is high. Each client shows the reasons, and you can write to them, remind a payment or open their profile.
Failed payments
Each failed payment shows the bank's reason in plain words, the attempts and the next automatic try. « Remind » sends the client a reminder with a link to pay (once a day at most); « Remind all » does it for every failed payment. When automatic retries are on, « Retry now » charges the card again.
