Set up online payments

Goodform uses Stripe for card payments. The money goes to your own Stripe account, then to your bank account. On each card payment, Goodform takes a fee of 2% on Start or 1% on Pro, trial included, and Stripe charges its own card fee. For each payment, you see these processing fees and what you receive.

Connect Stripe

In Settings, open Payouts and choose Connect bank with Stripe (it is also a step of the setup guide). Stripe asks who you are and for your bank details (IBAN). It takes about 5 minutes. When Stripe has checked your details, the status says Connected.

When the money arrives

Stripe pays out to your bank account on a regular schedule, shown in Payments. The first payout can take a few more days while Stripe checks your account.

Cash and bank transfers

A client paid you in cash or by transfer? Open the payment and choose Mark paid: the invoice is issued the same way. There is no fee on payments you record yourself.
