Everything a group class needs
From the timetable to the check-in, on your phone between two classes.
Timetable and places
Weekly classes and one-off sessions, each with its time, length and place: a studio, a park, or online with a meeting link.
Capacity and waitlist
Set the number of spots per class. When it is full, clients join the waitlist and the next one gets the freed spot.
Attendance check-in
From an hour before the class, mark each person present or absent. You see who paid with a card, a membership or on site.
Drop-ins paid online
A newcomer pays the class by card when booking. Regulars use a class card or a monthly membership.
Cancel a class in one go
Rain, room not available: cancel the class, everyone booked is told by notification and email, credits come back and drop-ins paid online are refunded.
Invoices for every payment
Each payment issues a numbered invoice with your SIRET. Payments arrive straight on your bank account.

Your questions
Can clients pay a single class?
Yes. They pay the drop-in by card when booking, or you mark them as paying on site. Regulars use a class card or a membership.
How do I check people in?
Open the class from an hour before it starts and mark each person present or absent. A spot freed by someone you take off goes to the waitlist.
What if I have to cancel a class?
Cancel it from its page, with a short message if you want. Everyone booked is told by phone notification and email, class card and membership credits come back, and drop-ins paid online are refunded.
Can I run classes outdoors or online?
Yes. Each class has its place (a studio, a park, an address) or a meeting link for online classes, sent only to the people booked.
What does it cost per payment?
Goodform takes 2% with Start or 1% with Pro on card payments, and Stripe charges its own card fees. Cash and transfers you record yourself carry no fee.
