A small fee, only when clients pay by card

On each client card payment through Stripe, Goodform keeps 2% on Start or 1% on Pro, trial included. Stripe charges its own card fee. Cash and bank transfers you record yourself carry no fee.

14 days free with every feature on the plan you choose. A card is needed to start; cancel before the end and nothing is charged.

Your questions

Can my clients book and pay online?

Yes. They pick a slot on your page from your availability and pay by card, or with a session from their pack. You can also record cash or bank transfers yourself.

Can I sell packs and payment in instalments?

Yes: single sessions, packs of sessions with an expiry date if you want one, monthly memberships and programs paid in several instalments. Each booking uses one session from the pack.

Do I have to build every program from scratch?

No. Start from a Goodform template (strength, weight loss, running, mobility, seniors and more), duplicate it and adapt it, or build your own and reuse it for other clients.

I already have clients. Can I bring them over?

Yes. Import your client list from a file with their sessions left, then invite them to their space. Your programs and meal plans can be imported too.

Are invoices compliant if I do not charge VAT?

Yes. Invoices are numbered with no gaps, carry your SIRET, your address and the late payment notes, and add “TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI” if you tick the VAT exemption in your settings.
