How it is computed
Classes are grouped by day, from Monday, and sorted by start time. When they do not fit in one column the timetable uses two, then everything is scaled to fit the format.
The post image is 1080 × 1350 pixels (4:5, Instagram’s portrait format), the story 1080 × 1920 (9:16). The PDF is an A4 page. A small « Made with Goodform » mark sits at the bottom.
The images and the PDF are drawn in your browser. Your timetable is kept in this browser only.
Frequently asked questions
Which format for Instagram?
The post (1080 × 1350) fills the feed in portrait. The story (1080 × 1920) fills the whole screen; keep the important parts away from the top and bottom edges, where Instagram shows its buttons.
I give a lot of classes: will it fit?
Yes: past a certain number the timetable moves to two columns and shrinks to fit. Above about 25 classes, a timetable per day or per place is easier to read.
How do I show an online class?
Tick « Online » on the class: the timetable says « Online » instead of the place.
Can clients book from the timetable?
The image is for sharing. With Goodform, your group classes have a page where clients book and pay their place, with a waitlist when a class is full.
